Refund policy
We hope that you’re happy with your Love Gazelle purchase. If you decide that it’s not quite right for you, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To start a return, contact us at sales@lovegazelle.com or 01784 482888 for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not cover the cost of return shipping, but we can organise for the items to be collected (at your request).
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not according to the conditions below. If approved, we will issue you with a full refund for the items you have purchased and the cost of standard delivery if you have paid for shipping. If only part of your order is returned, any delivery charge you paid won't be refunded.
Your approved refund will be processed within 14 days on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
How to return
The items you return must
- Have proof of purchase;
- Have the original tags still on them;
- Be unworn;
- Be undamaged; and
- Be in their original condition.
If the item is not returned in these conditions, we will be in touch to discuss our options. We deal with returns on a case-by-case basis, and cannot guarantee that any refund will be given — partial or otherwise.
Please return the item to us in the same packaging in which they were delivered to you. It is your responsibility to ensure that the returned items are packaged well enough that they won't be damaged on the way back to us.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
For hygiene reasons, jewellery for piercings such as earrings can only be returned if unopened and still within fully sealed tamper-proof packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the packaging on these items has been opened.
Repair
All Ayala Bar jewellery comes with a lifetime guarantee. If your Ayala Bar product has become faulty for whatever reason, we offer a free repair service.
Other Love Gazelle brands unfortunately do not enjoy a lifetime guarantee and we can therefore not guarantee repair. However, do contact us and we will try our best to help.
Returning a faulty item
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.
We inspect all our items before delivery to you, however in the unlikely event that you receive it in a faulty condition, please provide evidence of that so that we can pay for the return shipment.
If you would like to return a faulty item and cannot prove that it was received in that condition, we do not cover return shipping costs and we cannot guarantee to approve a request for a refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
