Shipping policy

 We ship worldwide. See our shipping policy for more details.

Orders received before 12pm UK time are shipped out the same working day. Orders received after 12pm UK time are shipped out the same or the next working day. Standard delivery times:

UK: 2-3 Days
EU: 3-7 Days
INT: 7+ Days

UK
Standard: £4
Next Day: £8

EU & International
Standard: £12

Returns and Refunds

Before return proceedings can begin, you must contact us with the details of the return. We will inform you on how to proceed. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or earrings from opened packaging for hygeine reasons. 

Once a return request is made, we will inform you on where the item(s) need to be returned to. We do not cover the cost of return shipping, but we can organise for the items to be collected (at your request).

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please provide evidence of that so that we can pay for the return shipment.  

Please see 'how to return' under the Refund Policy for specific guidelines.

An approved refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Please be aware that refunds are not guaranteed if the return conditions are not followed under the Refund Policy.

If the return conditions are not satisfied, we will be in touch to discuss our options. We deal with returns on a case-by-case basis, and cannot guarantee that any refund will be given — partial or otherwise.

All Ayala Bar jewellery come with a lifetime guarantee. If your Ayala Bar product has become faulty for whatever reason, we offer a free repair service.

Other Love Gazelle brands unfortunately do not enjoy a lifetime guarantee and we can therefore not guarantee repair. However, do contact us and we will try our best to help.

We do not cover the cost of return shipping, however in the unlikely event that you received an item in a faulty condition, please provide evidence of that so that we can pay for the return shipment.
